I know we did this back in February when it hit the stands (huh??) but I’m in this month’s issue of Hustler! What? Hustler? Yeah that’s right you heard me, Hustler… Oh, I see the confusion, I’m not in Hustler, my art is. I make nudie art, not pose for it (publicly).
And I have to tell you that one of my favorite conversations in my life and that I will treasure all my days was, “Dad, I’m going to be in Hustler!” “Honey, I’m so proud!”
To reiterate, I am in this month’s issue (Vol. 39, Number 12, May 2013) of Hustler.
Well I knew it was gonna happen – ’cause I did the interview – but I didn’t know when it would come out, and I didn’t know it was out, but it is!
I’M IN HUSTLER MAGAZINE!!! Well, my art work is! In the May issue, pages 16 and 17, right there, in the front of the mag!
You can bet I’m super excited to call my dad and tell him, “Dad, I’m in Hustler!” He’s going to be so proud!
I am a huge fan of Agatha Christie. I love the rhythm, the world, the fact that there’s always a solution. I find that I read her novels as palate cleansers, between things, when I’m unsure what to read next, or there’s nothing really drawing me. Sometimes, halfway through, I realize I’ve already read the one I’m reading, but because I pick them up used, it had a different cover, or was published later under a slightly different title. I always finish them anyway.
There’s a terrific article about Christie in the latest issue of the New Yorker, and I had to share the accompanying photo, taken by Lord Snowdon in 1974.
Doesn’t she look just like Miss Marple? And how fab are her dress (with it’s hidden panel of stitch work) and shoes? And the necklace?? I would wear this entire ensemble, as is. Nu?
