I hope everyone had a happy Rape of Indigenous Peoples Day; I know I did. Mmmm, Columbus Day ice cream cake from Carvell (it’s just Fudgie the Whale, I figure Columbus sailed the ocean blue, Fudgie swims in the ocean blue…).
Celeb(ish)sighting: John Ennis (Mr. Show with Bob and David) hiking Runyon; Giovanni Ribisi having dinner alone at Cafe Stella (where as good as the food is, and it’s freaking great, it’s eclipsed by desert; have the pot de creme au chocolat).
Just to make me eat my words, Brothers and Sisters used music by The Grateful Dead in last night’s episode. It wasn’t enough to redeem the unremitting sap, but still, it’s nice to hear the Dead on TV. Read the rest of this entry »
