It’s my favorite cook and serve pudding, it puts jell-o to shame, it’s the king of puddings… MyTFine. The chocolate is superlative.

I don’t remember it in the can, but I do remember snack pack pudding in a can. It had a metal bite that made it tastier than the pudding sold in the plastic packaging now. The top peeled back with a metal tab, like a tin of soup or chili; you had to be careful not to cut your tongue, but you had to lick the lid.

MyTFine cook and serve is the way to go. I buy it by the case when I’m in NYC and ship to LA. When refrigerated it forms a perfect skin on top. Poured into pre-made pie shell it’s a great pie; banana slices are nice in the pie.
